You’ve worked hard to build a life, a family, and a legacy that matters. True estate planning isn’t just about signing documents—it’s about ensuring everything is handled clearly and completely, so the people you love are never left with confusion, conflict, or uncertainty.
At Laskovski Estate Planning, LLC, I help individuals and families create thoughtful estate plans that reflect their goals, values, and wishes for the future. Through personalized guidance and careful planning, my goal is to provide clarity, confidence, and peace of mind—so you can move forward knowing the people and legacy you care about most are protected.
Meet Christina Laskovski
I’m Christina Laskovski, and I founded Laskovski Estate Planning, LLC with a simple goal: to provide a more thoughtful and personal approach to estate planning for individuals and families throughout Ohio.
Estate planning is about more than preparing legal documents. It’s about making sure your wishes are clear, your loved ones are protected, and the decisions you make today reflect what matters most to you and your family.
Before founding Laskovski Estate Planning, LLC, I served as a trust advisor, helping individuals and families navigate trusts, wealth transfer, incapacity planning, and estate administration following the loss of a loved one. Those experiences showed me the peace of mind that comes from thoughtful planning—and the stress and uncertainty that can arise when important decisions have not been clearly documented.
As a boutique estate planning practice, you work directly with me from beginning to end. I take the time to understand your goals, answer your questions, and create a personalized plan designed to protect the people and legacy you care about most.

Working together is a clear, guided process—so you always know what to expect and never feel overwhelmed.
We begin with a brief, no-pressure consultation to discuss your goals, answer your initial questions, and determine whether we're a good fit to work together.
From there, I guide you through a dedicated planning meeting where I take the time to understand your family, your assets, and what you want your plan to accomplish. I then design your estate plan and prepare your documents with a focus on clarity, coordination, and ensuring everything works as intended.
Once your draft plan is ready, we'll meet to review it together. I'll walk you through each recommendation in plain language so you feel informed and comfortable with every decision.
After any final revisions are made, we'll meet again to execute your documents in a structured and organized manner.
Throughout the process, you work directly with me. There are no handoffs and no rushed decisions—just a thoughtful planning experience designed to provide clarity today and certainty for tomorrow.
The result is more than a set of documents. It's a comprehensive plan designed to protect the people you love and provide lasting peace of mind for you and your family.

Most estate plans are completed within a few weeks from the initial planning meeting to signing, depending on scheduling and the complexity of your plan.
The process is designed to move efficiently while still allowing time for thoughtful decisions. You won't be rushed—but you also won't be left wondering what comes next.
I guide you through each step in a clear and organized way, helping you move forward with confidence and peace of mind.

Estate planning is the process of ensuring that your life’s work, your values, and your intentions are carried forward with clarity and care.
It is not simply about documents—it is about creating a structure that protects your family, preserves relationships, and removes uncertainty at the moments when it matters most.
Done well, it provides the confidence that everything has been thoughtfully handled.
-
If you don’t have an estate plan, the state of Ohio decides what happens—who receives your assets, who makes decisions for you if you’re unable to, and who may be responsible for your children.
These laws are designed to be general, not personal. They don’t account for your specific wishes, your family dynamics, or what you would have chosen.
In many cases, this can lead to:
Outcomes that don’t reflect your intentions
Delays and added costs through probate
Court involvement in decisions about your care or finances
Uncertainty or tension among family members
Without a clear plan, your loved ones are left to navigate these decisions during an already difficult time.
A thoughtful estate plan removes that uncertainty—so everything is handled the way you intended, with clarity and care.

A will and a trust both allow you to direct how your assets are handled—but they work in very different ways.
A will takes effect after death and typically goes through probate, a court process that oversees the distribution of your assets.
A trust, on the other hand, is designed to manage your assets both during your lifetime and after. When properly set up and funded, it can allow assets to pass more efficiently—often avoiding probate—while providing greater privacy, control, and continuity.
